BIO
Eric Petersen is an actor who has worked extensively in both Television and on the Broadway stage. Most notably he played the character Arlo Barth on the TVLand sitcom "Kirstie". He recently finished a very successful run playing the lead role in the hit Broadway show "School of Rock" as Dewey Finn. He was also seen in the Broadway-bound show "Escape To Margaritaville" featuring the music of Jimmy Buffett.
Eric is a veteran of the stage and has been seen on Broadway, Off-Broadway, and in National Tours. Most notably "Shrek: The Musical" (Broadway), "Peter & The Starcatcher" (Broadway), "Shrek: The Musical" (Shrek, 1st National Tour), and "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee" (Barfee, 1st National Tour). He is has been seen in numerous TV shows including "Big Bang Theory", "Modern Family", "CSI", "Law & Order", "Law & Order:SVU", "GCB", "As The World Turns", and the hit Disney Channel shows "Jessie" & "Pair of Kings", and "Kirby Buckets".
Eric hails from the Chicago suburbs (Carol Stream, IL) and attended college at Bradley University as a Theatre Major.
He splits his time between NYC and LA with his wife and daughter and son.

There are some people who manage to make everything look so easy, even the difficult things. Lisa Howard is just such a person. She has worked with some of the best and brightest on Broadway. She has won a Drama Desk Award and been nominated for another. Her powerhouse voice feels as effortless as a cool breeze on a summer day. She’s been directed by James Lapine, David Hyde Pierce, Joe Mantello, Bartlett Sher, and Christopher Ashley, and yet it always looks like she glided on from the wings and just made up something brilliant.
